The Facilities Manager will provide a high level of on-site leadership on behalf of Medxcel Facilities Management, within the Facilities Management Department of St. Thomas - West in Nashville, TN. In this exciting fast-paced role you will hold accountability for a 541 acute-care-bed health care facility that is approximately 1.5 million square feet. The responsibilities of the Facilities Manager will be carried out in an efficacious, safe, comfortable, and visually pleasing condition, using the methods, tools, support, and oversight provided by the Medxcel Facilities team. This position holds primary responsibility for assuring that the quality of all Facility Services provided to the assigned Ministry are delivered in the highest quality manner possible. The Facilities Manager is also responsible for all regulatory and accreditation compliance requirements related to the buildings, systems, and various codes. Dealing with large and small unexpected emergencies is a routine part of this position's activities.
