The Facility Manager will provide daily direction to staff to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational goals, on behalf of Medxcel Facilities Management within the maintenance and facilities departments at the assigned working location of Via Christi Hospital St. Francis - Wichita, KS. Assists in the developing, implementing and aligning operational goals to the strategic direction of the organization as well as the facility. The Facility Manager ensures safe and efficient operations in compliance with applicable regulatory and safety guidelines, while maintaining service excellence. The Facilities Manager represents the company with associates, vendors and customers and exemplifies the company mission, vision and values while driving to successful operations.
