    The Pricing Analyst position is responsible for collecting and analyzing data from prospective customers and collaborating with Medxcel leadership in the development of program and pricing strategies to position the company to optimize profitability. This position will be assigned to the working location of the Central Office - Indianapolis, IN.This unique and fast-paced customer-facing role plays an integral part in strategic customer initiatives that have a significant impact on a rapidly growing organization. This position will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from prospective customers and collaborating with Medxcel leadership in the development of program and pricing strategies to position the company to optimize profitability. This includes ensuring the requirements are interpreted correctly and identifying risks and opportunities in the data to help construct facilities management service program solutions. This position will communicate with customer financial leaders to obtain data; perform forensic analysis of the general ledger; and assess vendor service contracts, customer inventory, and labor to determine current expenses and develop pro-forma projections and other assumptions.


    • Assist in winning new business by conducting market and customer analysis to understand the scope of the request and develop facilities management servicing program solutions that meet the needs of the customer
    • Prepare, manipulate, and extract data and information from multiple internal and external sources and leverage to develop and execute sound pricing strategies
    • Assist in developing high quality projection models that incorporate complex financial and operational data to support pricing strategy and decision making
    • Produce in depth reporting and analysis for key business stakeholders
    • Preparation and analysis of financial models to quantify the projected revenue and profit on new business opportunities
    • Analyze facilities management servicing costs and conduct profitability analysis of possible pricing strategies
    • Customer strategy development includes partnering with sales and collaborating with other functional areas to deliver an impressive presentation
    • Participate in client presentations and educate prospective customers on the breadth of services offered



    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field



    • 5 years relevant financial experience 
    • Pricing, corporate accounting, and/or financial analysis experience preferred

    • Ability to communicate and understand complex revenue streams and pricing structures
    • Proven ability to extract insights from data and share findings in appropriate presentation formats
    • Ability to build, establish, and manage collaborative relationships
    • Ability to be strategic and contribute to the development of creative solutions to problems
    • Project management skills with the ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects
    • Excellent analytical and technical skills including proficiency in pro forma development
    • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills; advanced Excel skills (i.e. pivot tables, macros, etc.) desirable
    • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • High energy and enthusiasm, with a strong commitment to exceeding customer expectations
    • Flexibility and openness to work in a variety of assignments, capacities, and roles
    • Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-add service
