The Facilities Technician II performs more complex and difficult tasks including repair and maintenance of some non-journeyman systems. Facilities Technicians are also responsible to complete assigned safety checks and adhere to all safety regulations and practices. This is a 2nd Shift position. M-F

It reviews and assures compliance with all engineering-related safety codes, regulations, and accrediting agencies as they apply to construction in healthcare facilities. It participates in developing and monitoring implementation of Quality Assurance for all construction projects. The Construction Project Manager is expected to apply principles of leadership, human relations, and continuous quality improvement in the overall management, coordination, and development of Planning and Construction. The Construction Project Manager is responsible for assigning and overseeing the planning of projects and seeing that they are completed successfully, within the given deadline. He/she will oversee the planning and implementation of multiple project budgets and schedules as required.

They operate, maintain and adjust boilers, furnaces, engines, pumps, heat exchangers, generators, motors, chillers, cooling towers, equipment for heating, ventilating, air conditioning, lighting and associated equipment in the facilities. This role serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on plant operations and ensures that the team and plant operates safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements. The Power Plan Operator III trains operators to monitor and record device data, inspect equipment and make minor repairs, perform preventative maintenance and take responsible charge of a watch over meters, gauges and other devices to ensure safe and efficient operation of plant equipment. The Power Plant Operator III may direct daily tasks of the power plant team or shift in accordance with the Facility Supervisor/Manager to maintain plant operations and address work orders. This a third shift position on a rotating schedule 11:00 pm to 7:00 am- Every other weekend off.
