The Facilities Plumber III works in cooperation with other trades and laborers to ensure that all specifications, legislation and policies are met, and to ensure efficient completion of any project. Providing adequate services will ensure that all water supply networks and waste and drainage systems are installed, repaired and maintained to meet all standards of building codes and safety. The Facilities Plumber III leads training for new associates and serves as a Subject Matter Expert to facilities stakeholders.  The Facilities Plumber III also leads larger scale projects as assigned.

Created by healthcare, for healthcare, we have a dedicated focus on our people and customers, as well as providing tools, processes, support resources, data analytics and insource strategies that drive results.   The Landscape Design Project Leader is part of a traveling team that supports Medxcel across multiple locationis in the Indianapolis and central Indiana area.   As a member of this team you will travel to various Medxcel Facilities sites to design, develop and implement landscaping operations start-up; train landscaping teams; and design and complete special landscaping projects.  Position may occasionally supervise 3 – 5 associates, possibly more seasonal associates as needed, and may be called upon to provide specific horticultural information to assist Leaders throughout the organization.  The position must be able to operate a variety of equipment and has a working knowledge of horticultural practices, woody and perennial plants cultural requirements and pest management. The position must also understand all of the basic maintenance requirements of Medxcel Facilities hardscape elements including an understanding of irrigation principles.

Created by healthcare, for healthcare, we have a dedicated focus on our people and customers, as well as providing tools, processes, support resources, data analytics and insource strategies that drive results.   This is a high travel position.   The Regulatory Compliance Director provides expert consultation, education, and technical assistance to Medxcel’s operations and healthcare facilities in complying with the Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ) Standards and Programs for Medxcel throughout the assigned working location within our Central Office - Indianapolis, IN. This position is eligible to work in any Medxcel operating state.      AHJ’s to include: The Joint Commission (TJC)-Physical Environment (PE), CMS-Conditions of Participation, OSHA, States Department of Health, etc. This position will provide regulatory guidance to Compliance Support Teams, Medxcel Safety, and Facility Operations Teams. The Regulatory Compliance Director will utilize Medxcel’s tools to conduct mock surveys, Tracer Reviews, and assessing standards compliance. The position will provide the regulatory expertise in supporting Medxcel’s Facility Management Operating Systems (FMOS), assessing new and existing business for regulatory compliance and provide input into Medxcel’s monthly newsletter concerning compliance excellence. The position supports the sales process by assisting with PE/FM compliance analyses in the development of sales proposals.
