The Construction Project Manager III will plan, track, and evaluate complex capital projects including scope, schedule,and budget within the Medxcel Planning, Design, & Construction organization. This position will assist in developing policies and procedures associated with construction project management to build a standard national framework for construction. The Project Manager will review and assure compliance with all engineering-related safety codes, regulations, and accrediting agencies as they apply to construction in healthcare facilities. This role will be expectedto participate in developing and monitoring implementation of Quality Assurance for all construction projects and also has the ability to approach technical design and construction issues, identify alternative solutions, and make recommendations in order to move forward on projects with minimal supervision.

The Regional Director Construction is responsible for the direct supervision of Construction Project team ensuring the implementation of all Medxcel Planning, Design & Construction (PDC) projects. The Regional Director must communicate with Medxcel Regional Directors and Health Ministry leadership to ensure successful coordination and completion of construction projects in their assigned region. The primary focus is ensuring the efficiency, professionalism and effectiveness of facilities’ design and construction in alignment with mission and strategy of Ascension, Medxcel, and Health Ministries. The RegionalDirector Construction and their team will model all aspects of outstanding professionalism with emphasis on establishing Medxcel’s exemplary role in capital projects.
This position will be located at St. Thomas Midtown Hospital- Nashville, TN.
