The position holds the primary responsibility in assuring, through the support of Compliance Support Managers, those policies, procedures, and protocols are implemented, enabling standardization, training, optimization, and compliance of facility operations.  The Manager will support Medxcel’s regulatory and facility compliance system.  This role is responsible for providing expert level support to the Vice President of Program Management & Facilities Compliance and Director of Facilities Compliance Support in assessing, updating, and maintaining the Current State Health Assessment (CSHA) model for Medxcel healthcare facilities, which will establish a baseline conditional assessment for Medxcel operations, assets, and compliance of the Joint Commission’s Physical Environment.  The assessment will include operational status, life safety assessment/Statement of Conditions, fire safety evaluation systems, the Joint Commission’s Physical Environment compliance reviews, and Life Safety Building Maintenance Programs (BMP), mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems.  The Manager of Facilities Support provides leadership, support, and programs to the Compliance Support Managers to ensure a smooth transition from a client/customer-based facility operation system to Medxcel’s Facility Management Operating Systems (FMOS).
